Apple’s Standard License Agreement
FitNice is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Subscriptions
When you choose a subscription, the app and Apple’s purchase sheet show its price and duration before you confirm. The plans offered depend on your app version. In FitNice 2.1 and later, Premium is offered as an auto-renewing annual or weekly subscription with the same features. Eligible new subscribers can start the annual plan with a 3-day free trial; FitNice shows the trial only when Apple reports that your Apple Account is eligible, and Apple’s purchase sheet shows the trial and the annual price that follows before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple Account is charged the annual price when the trial ends. The weekly plan has no free trial. Buying a different subscription during a free trial forfeits any unused part of the trial. The six-month plan is no longer offered for new purchases in FitNice 2.1 and later; existing six-month subscriptions continue under their current terms until canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends through your Apple Account.
You can review, change, or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or manage it here. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Use Restore Purchases inside FitNice with the same Apple Account to restore eligible access. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Lifetime offers
An eligible Apple-issued lifetime offer code can redeem a non-consumable FitNice Premium purchase through Apple. Apple’s redemption screen determines eligibility and shows the offer terms, including any discount, before you confirm. Verified lifetime access has no recurring fee or fixed expiration and can be restored using the same Apple Account. An Apple offer code may have a redemption deadline or use limit; those limits do not shorten access already redeemed. Apple may revoke a purchase, and FitNice follows Apple’s verified purchase status. Redeeming lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Manage any existing subscription through your Apple Account to stop its renewal.
General wellness, for adults
FitNice is intended for people 18 and older. AI responses, calorie and macro estimates, and energy calculations may be inaccurate. The app does not diagnose or treat conditions and is not a substitute for a qualified health professional. Fasting is optional and can be ended whenever you choose.
